		<description>I had a fabulous sweet bread experience this past Christmas with a stollen recipe from Gourmet.com.  The dough is really, really wet and full of butter and eggs and you smack it around until it comes together.  (I think there&#039;s a video on the site, too.)  And then you roll it up with almond filling and marzipan.  I kinda wish it were Christmas again so I could make it.
