Today’s the Big Day. This afternoon, Jilly’s new restaurant, The Farmer’s Daughter, is throwing open the doors for the Heritage Days celebration in Princeton, Indiana. The Web site isn’t quite up yet, but if you’re on Facebook you can check out the latest photos—and become a fan, of course. Opening a restaurant sourced with local foods has been a longtime dream for Jilly and her husband, and we are absolutely thrilled to pieces for them. Please join me in congratulating them and wishing them the best of luck. Hear, hear!
Love,
Doris
(P. S. And if you just happen to be in Southern Indiana, please stop by!)

good luck jilly! it sounds very exciting!
If I lived closer I would be there. Good luck.
Hi, any update on the restaurant for us non-Facebookers? I am in southern Indiana & would like to check it out. Thank you.
Julia,
Sorry, no Web site yet! But I can tell you that the Farmer’s Daughter is open Thursday through Monday (that is, closed Tuesday and Wednesday) for lunch 11-2, and is open for dinner Friday and Saturday from 4-8. They’re on the square in Princeton, right on SR 64. Phone number is 812-385-8900.
