Doris (aka Audra) offers canning and food preservation classes for groups of 6 to 12 people in the Philadelphia area by request. Classes can either be held in her home in West Philadelphia or your preferred location (assuming you have cooking facilities). Next summer she’ll be offering a three-day workshop on food preservation techniques at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, New York.
